As well as guiding your wellness plan, I’ll support you, encourage you, challenge you, push you, cheer you on, motivate you and generally keep you on track! Think of me as your habit-changing, health-boosting cheerleading sidekick.

We’ll break down your journey to better wellness into a series of small, achievable chunks. These will likely include elements of nutrition and food, movement and exercise, relaxation and sleep – but what these look like for YOU will be different to what they look like for other people.

Exercise, fitness, training… whatever you like to call it, moving well keeps your heart healthy, cuts your risk of serious illness and strengthens your muscles and bones. It can also reduce stress and lift your mood. Let’s get you active with realistic goals that you fit with your daily routine.

RELAX & RECHARGE

We’re forever recharging our devices, but how often do we stop to meaningfully recharge ourselves? It can be hard to find time for yourself and to know how to relax effectively. We’ll work together to build both relaxation and good quality, restorative sleep into your life. Find out about working together.
