Health coaching is an investment in yourself. Of course, it’s a financial investment, but it’s also a commitment of your time and your energy to make changes that last. It’s all worth it though! You'll reap the rewards with long-term, sustainable changes to your lifestyle and wellbeing.

Please note, during the Covid-19 pandemic, all sessions working together will take place either over Zoom call or by phone.

The basics

Your investment: From £199

My work with clients usually lasts three months as a minimum, so that we can really explore what works for you, embed new habits and start to sustain those changes.

Every package includes a 90 minute initial consultation so that I can get a full picture of your lifestyle, challenges and any health concerns. Packages also include a full health and lifestyle assessment, personalised recommendations based on your goals, and an agreed number of coaching and progress review sessions. And of course, I’ll be here for you for email support throughout our time working together.

Options to suit you

If you want to customise the support I provide so that it suits your particular needs in more detail, we can create a package that works for you. This might mean more 1:1 sessions, adding a detox and weight loss plan, or getting into detail with personalised meal planning. I’d love to tailor a programme for your specific needs.

Sustaining the change

For existing or past clients who’ve worked through a package of support with me already, I offer ongoing health coaching on an ad hoc basis to help you stay on track. We’ll talk about this towards the end of our initial work together.
